Stavroula Parmaki was born in Limassol, Cyprus, on 7 February 1977. She has studied Law at the School of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece.
She became member of the Athens Bar Association and was appointed lawyer at the Court of First Instance of Athens in 2003. In 2008 she was promoted to the Athens Court of Appeal.
Upon specialisation courses and successful examination by the Greek Ministry of Justice, she is an Accredited Mediator since 2013 and so recommended in the relevant list of the Ministry.
For a period of three years, she has been external partner to an Insurance Company as related to damages claims, and she has also been providing legal advisory opinions to a consortium handling the second phase study on the creation of the Land and Property Register of the Municipalities of the Prefecture of Attica.
She is thus highly experienced in drafting commercial and civil agreements, statutory texts and deeds of incorporation, providing legal advice as requested, all the while being an active barrister in all kind of cases and court procedures, both of first and second instance.
She is fluent in English and French.
She is married and has two children.
